BORDER + FALL / GALLERY SKE

We were delighted to serve our Aurangzeb Blend to a packed house for Border and Fall's panel discussion on fashion and craft in India at Gallery SKE, New Delhi.

The discussion featured designer Rajesh Pratap Singh; Fashion Director at Tatler UK, Deep Kailey; and Founder of Jaipur Modern, Maximiliano Modesti. Our beautiful block print-style boxes were a perfect compliment to the lively discussion on the future of craft in India.

LAUNCH WITH CONDÉ NAST TRAVELLER AT THE IMPERIAL, NEW DELHI

With 1931 New Delhi as the starting point of the brand, No. 3 Clive Road hosted an exclusive High Tea at the Imperial Hotel to celebrate the launch of the brand. The intimate event for friends of the founder, Radhika Chopra, included an eclectic group of Delhi personalities such as Chiki Sarkar of Penguin India, V. Sunil of Weiden & Kennedy, Puru Das and Brian DeMuro of Urbanist, Swapan and Sreya Seth, Nandita and Imran Baig, Sujata Assomull, and artists Bharti Kher and Dayanita Singh.

Four blends from the No. 3 Clive Road tea collection, including the Aurangzeb Blend, Jodhpur Blend, Madhurai Masala Blend and Kashmiri Kahwa, were served with a colonial-inspired High Tea menu. The teas were introduced, alongside the New Delhi collection of stationery, celebrating the city’s beautiful ancient monuments, architecture, and flora and fauna.

With the beautiful Art Deco-inspired architecture of the Imperial Hotel as a backdrop, which incidentally also opened in the year 1931, the launch was a perfect celebration of the capital and a bygone era.
